Description
This painting was inspired from my trip to Gulin, China a few years back. Many tourists would hire the locals to take a scenic boat tour and we were no exception and done the same thing. Most of those boats were operated by women. Watercolor on 90lb arches rough paper, 20�x26�.

Hello Alfred! So lovely, and bringing back happy memories of floating down the river, though on a larger boat for tourists! We stopped several places, one time crew got us tiny shrimp and other times we saw the fishermen with their birds (cormorants?) on their homemade log rafts.
