I was born in Hong Kong and grow up in Toronto, Canada. When I was about three years old, I came upon my teenager neighbor practicing her Chinese ink painting which lighted my interests and I started to paint and draw to amuse myself. My childhood interests stay with me and never left me. Everyday, after school all my spare time were spent making art. In 1973 our family moved to Canada and I attended and graduated from Central Technical School and Ontario College of Art and Design University. For the last 25 years, I working full time as an artist. Karen, Moe Moe, used to belong to a senior couple when they no longer able to care for her, my friend took her in. Now she is very happy and runs the house. After I took this shot we lead her to her own dish in the kitchen!
