I am very glad to exchange ideas with you. And as you see so many confusions here,a little bit like what happening in the east countries in Hellenistic Age. And what is the core difference? Have you think about this topic? In my mind traditionally that is different answers about these questions: To be yourself or to be a ideal one? Goodness is in people's minds or in the outside world? Whether goodness has been achieved on the ground somewhere or in the sky?

Alfred Ng replied:

During my stay here, I seen many things which were origin from China, like Roses which are still blooming here. The order day, I saw the Ming and Qing furniture exhibit at the national museum and thought to myself they are likely where the "Art Deco" came from.I think Chinese people are very lucky to have such rich couture and history among the daily life compare to North America. It will be hard for me to return to.

Thank you for reminding me! I am now a little busy, I hope to have time to look at the exhibition I hope in future we often exchange ideas. You do not know how lucky you are: These days Beijing meeting, factories closed, government departments do not go to work in order to have a clean air and road traffic! Although I am not in favor of this approach... Enjoy your trip!

Alfred Ng replied:

yes, I am very lucky, I been told it is called the "Apec Blue" because of the closing factories for the six days the sky been blue. i notice they even put up wire fences at the hotels parking lot near where I am staying. However it is nice seeing everyone out enjoying the nice clean air.

I want to tell you that your love for little flowers influenced me!

Alfred Ng replied:

Thank you! had you see the exhibition by this Chinese artist at the National art Museum in Beijing? He spent ten year creating works ( paintings, watercolor and sculpture) base on one flower only: sunflower. It was an amazing exhibit.
